Live Strong


T.J. and his friend Anthony have decided to turn over a new leaf and start biking. They are wanting to drop a few unwanted pounds and get in shape. I hope T.J. can stick with it. Aren't they totally gorgeous in those helmets?

I love how you write that TJ is starting to ride his bike and then you put a video of him lounging around on the couch. It must be after a ride, he was just resting, LOL. Your little guy is so adorable.

I just a bought a bike! I hope TJ's seat is much more comfortable than mine and maybe he'll ride lots more than I have so far.

They should call Cor, he LOVES to mountain bike. He's found some fun trails around. Ya gotta love the helmets.
