Dentist Day

The kids had their first dentist appointment on Monday and I think I was more nervous than they were. I was worried that they would have a mouth full of cavities because that is how I was every time I went to the dentist. They did great though. Both of them sat well for the xrays, check up, and cleaning. The dentist was so cute with them and they had a really good time. The best part was the news that there were no cavities!

Happy Birthday Maura!

3 years ago today our little Maura Rayne came to our family. She gave us a hard time for the first few months, but has been pretty easy going since. She loves her brothers and has Dad wrapped around her little finger. She loves to hold Mom and I love it too. She's such a smart little girl and a sweetie too. We hope that she will continue to be that way as she grows up. We love you Maura Rayne Rubalcava! Then...

Girl's Weekend

T.J. and Timmy went fishing this weekend the all of the Rubalcava guys so Cassie and I spent the weekend together. We wanted to make flower clips for our girls and they turned out really cute. The girls love to wear them too! We were also going to sew some ribbon on burp rags, but didn't get around to it, so when those get finished I'll post more pics. We had a good time and the girls had a blast eating "gumsy" (gummy) bears and worms. Maura and I are really going to miss them when we move!

First Haircut

I can't believe that I cut my baby's hair at 3 months old! I couldn't help it though. He had the old man 'do going on with long hair by his neck and a big bald spot on the back of his head. It made me a little sad (I don't know why), but I think he is still as cute as ever! Please excuse my hideous appearance...

Look who's talking!

Ok, I know I'm biased, but I think my little guy is one of the cutest babies ever. He's been cooing and smiling for the last couple of weeks and I caught some of it on camera. I thought it was too cute not to share. Enjoy!

Cupcakes!

I decided to make cupcakes with the kids. I looked online for fun cupcake ideas and I found a penguin cupcake. I got all of the stuff for them, but for the most part the kids were more interested in eating all the stuff instead of putting them on the cupcake. A couple of them turned out pretty cute though.

Blessing Day

We blessed Topher on Sunday and here is our little family. We are so glad to have our new little brother. It was so good to have all of our families here at our house. We enjoyed every minute because we know our time left here is short. We also had to to take a picture of the little boys who are so close in age because the next time we get them all together they may be 3 years old.
