Go Lobos...Class of 1998!

I mentioned earlier that I was able to go to my 10 year class reunion. I forgot my camera, but thanks to Kami and Shyla I was able to find a few pictures to remember the night. I had a good time. Earlier in the day we met at the park with our families to visit. Then in the evening just the adults got together for dinner. T.J. stayed with me until the dinner was over and then he went home to watch the fireworks with the kids because he was so bored while I was talking with all of my friends. So Kami, Shyla, and I visited with all of our friends until almost midnight. I only wish Shyla and I could have danced like we used to at the dances, but they didn't play the music from our day. We used to have a good time dancing. I totally enjoyed talking to all of my old friends. It was like 10 years had never passed. It will be fun to see them all again in another 10.

24th celebration

We got to go to Snowflake for the 24th celebration and my 10 year class reunion. We had a lot of fun. We went to the parade, played in the rain, rode horses, and watched fire works. It was fun to see everybody there and catch up with old friends (I wish I had pictures of them but I forgot my camera).

Happy Birthday Timmy

Timmy's Birthday was on the 13th and he turned 5 years old! I can't believe I have a five year old. He's such a sweet boy. Timmy is such a good boy and he's never afraid to tell us he loves us. He loves to color and play video games. He is a good big brother to his sister and brother. We are so glad we have Timmy in our family.

T.J.'s mom threw us a Goodbye party/Birthday party for Timmy on Saturday. It was fun to visit with family. By the end of the day the kids were pooped. It was a good time. Thanks Tim and Karen!

Happy 5 months?

Topher turned 5 months old about a week ago, at the same time our house was plagued with Strep throat. He didn't get strep, but had some virus that affected his respiratory system. The doctor said he was wheezing and breathing way too hard, so I had to start giving him a steroid and breathing treatments. This about broke my heart because I have asthma and I know how terrible it can be. As a parent I hate seeing my children sick. I wish there was a way I could be sick for them, but I can't so I have to take care of them the best I can. I'm happy to say that he is feeling a lot better now, and back to his normal happy self.

We had our annual cabin trip this year. T.J. and I went a day before everybody else and besides the fact that Maura had an ear infection and strep throat, it was really fun. Everybody else showed up later that week and we all slept in the cabin together...boy was that an adventure. We took lots of walks, took lots of pictures, and played lots of games. I really enjoyed spending some quality time with my family before we leave.
